I have a young plant of R. roxburghii normalis - currently about 18" in height x 18" in width. It had possibly 2 flowers in spring while quite small. Currently it is blooming again (July 5) - 3 open flowers plus several buds. Is this just new growth that is finally mature enough to bloom or is it "reblooming?"

Most of the seeds I kept in the fridge germinated already there in wet sand. I got a lot of the same looking seedlings, but one was completely different... maybe not a selfpollinated-one?

PS: Marnix attended me towards the first REAL leafs of all other than R. roxburghii seedlings: those look like Hawthorne leafs and do not have separate leaflets... Those of R. Roxburghii in the contrary are divided in leaflets!

Despite the prickles on the hips, the numerous seeds are easy to extract, nicely in a (sometimes double) row around a bump in the centre.
Did any-one succeed in germinating the seeds? I see no descendants under the lineage tab. Sorry, I missed one: Dresdner Barock! A very nice outcome of this cross!
