Bred by Gerrit De Ruiter (Netherlands, 1972).
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1978 as 'Rosalynn Carter'.

Grandiflora, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Coral-red, orange undertones.  Strong, spice fragrance.  30 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 3.75".  Large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, bushy, upright.  

Height: 35" to 43" (90 to 110cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.
