Introduced in Australia by Better Roses (Australia) in 1962 as 'Royal Gold'.
Class:
Climber, Large-Flowered Climber.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow.  Strong, fruity fragrance.  35 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Climbing.  Glossy foliage.  

Height: 8' to 13' (245 to 395cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
