Don't have this rose myself, but have seen it in all its glory in the display garden at Magic Garden Roses, just outside Melbourne, Australia and in bloom a few times in the shops.
This is a really good rose, especially if you want a strong, vigorous, bushy bush, that has heaps of big, blood-red blooms on it. In my experience this is not really a rose that you would buy for its form alone, as there are slightly better formed reds, or for it's fragrance alone, as the fragrance was only medium-strong and not overly memorable, but for its general garden display, which is really impressive.
For those familiar with Camp David, I could pretty much copy what I said about this one and paste it in the comments section for Camp David, as they are very similar in these regards. In fact, I think I will!

Very nice flowers and good reapeater, but not much fragrance in our coastal northern CA climate.
