Origin:
Bred by F. Harmon Saville (1924-1997) (United States, 1985).
Introduced in United States by Nor' East Miniature Roses as 'Sachet'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Lavender, yellow stamens, darker center.  None to mild, damask fragrance.  35 petals.  Average diameter 1.75".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered to flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small, long sepals, pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Tall, few or no prickles/thorns, spreading, upright, well-branched.  Small, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 14" to 2' (35 to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .

Parentage: Seedling x 'Shocking Blue'... Bloom Size: Average size when fully expanded -- about 11/2 to 2 inches... Number of petals under normal conditions -- about 35... Petals drop off cleanly... Fragrance: Slight... Hips: None observed... Height: About 14 to 18 inches... Resistance to disease: Black spot -- average. Mildew -- average. Rust -- average... Requires ordinary winter protection in extreme climates...
