Bred by Dr. Franz Hermann Müller (Germany, before 1901). Bred by Jules Gravereaux (France, before 1908).
Introduced in France by Charles Pierre Marie Cochet-Cochet in 1908 as 'Regina Badet'.
Hybrid Rugosa.  
Fuchsia / magenta - red, pink reverse.  Large, full (26-40 petals), flat, quartered bloom form.  Pointed buds.  
Light green foliage.  7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).  
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Jules Gravereaux purchased Dr. Müller's collection of Rugosa seedings in 1901/02 and later introduced some of them under his oen name.
