Easy Does it reaches 6 ft. high in my zone 7a (central Maryland) garden. And that's with cutting it down to 2 ft. in the spring, and very moderate fertilization with fish emulsion.
Also, I would class the fragrance as strong rather than moderate -- in fact the scent is unbelievable. I have this in my front yard, and everyone who passes by on the sidewalk swoons. Sometimes i look out the window and there's a little group of people standing around the plant.

I also live in Central MD, just outside of Baltimore (Zone 7b). Since Osprey says it will reach 6 ft, I'm wondering whether I can grow "Easy Does It" on a pillar. Has anybody tried growing it this way?

I live in an area with only a few hours of sunlight every day. Most of my roses get attacked with blackspot all year round. Easy Does it is the ONLY one out of maybe 12 roses that hasn't gotten it at all and I've had it for two seasons. It's really impressive. Easy Does It's like "What is blackspot??" Haha

Our "Easy Does it" stayed very clean in its second season (no spray) up until the last week in August then it became engulfed in blackspot and in a matter of 3+ weeks it has dropped 75% of its leaves... Crazy!
