Introduced in Luxembourg by Soupert & Notting in 1900 as 'Souvenir de Pierre Notting'.
Introduced in Australia by Arthur Yates & Co. Ltd. in 1903 as 'Souvenir de Pierre Notting'.
Class:
Found Rose, Tea.  
Bloom:
Apricot, golden-yellow shading, carmine-pink edges.  Moderate, tea rose fragrance.  up to 90 petals.  Large, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters, cupped, globular, quartered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright, well-branched.  

Height: 2' to 4' (60 to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Blooms tend to ball in wet weather.

Notes:
Pierre Notting was a rosarian, rose breeder and founder (with Jean Soupert) of the firm of Soupert et Notting in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. He was born 11 February 1825 in Bollendorf and died 2 November 1895 in Luxembourg.
