Bloom:
Dark red. None / no fragrance. 18 to 22 petals. Average diameter 3". Small to medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Small, pointed buds.
Habit:
Bushy, few or no prickles/thorns. Medium, semi-glossy, light green foliage.
Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm). Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
Can be used for garden. Hardy. Disease susceptibility: disease resistant, blackspot resistant, mildew resistant, rust resistant. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
