Bred by Georg Ruf (Germany, before 2008).
Introduced in Germany by Rosenschule Ruf in 2008 as 'Wild Fox'.
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa.  
Bloom:
Red.  Mild fragrance.  Very full (41+ petals) bloom form.  
Habit:
Bushy.  

Height: 32" to 47" (80 to 120cm).  
Growing:
Can be used for hedge.  Hardy.  Disease susceptibility: blackspot resistant.  
Breeder's notes:
(Werner Ruf): 'Wild Fox' produces no hips, she is as extremely double as 'Charles de Mills', and has therefore no stamens and is sterile, but extremely floriferous [see also the story of the hedge in the notes to Georg Ruf].
