Bred by Alain Meilland (1940-....) (France, before 2008).
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 2010 as 'Icy Drift'.
Introduced in France by Meilland Richardier in 2014 as 'Icy Drift'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
White.  None / no fragrance.  up to 50 petals.  Average diameter 1.25".  Small, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, mounded.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  3 to 9 leaflets.  

Height: 1' to 2' (30 to 60cm).  Width: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10a.  Can be used for ground cover.
