Crimson, carmine-pink reverse, fuchsia / magenta blending.  Moderate, centifolia, spice fragrance.  60 to 90 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters, button-eye, cupped-to-flat, old-fashioned bloom form.  Moderate, once-blooming spring or summer.  Small, leafy sepals buds.
Habit:
Short, arching, spreading, suckers on its own roots.  Medium, matte, medium green, attractive fall color, leathery foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.

Growing:
USDA zone 4a through 9a.  Can be used for beds and borders or shrub.  Very hardy.  vigorous.  does not do well in warmer climates.  drought resistant.  flowers drop off cleanly.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Needs little care; relatively disease-free and quite hardy.  Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.  This rose blooms on old wood.
Breeder's notes:
This seedling has grown happily in a large test bed full of Gallica and Moss seedlings since 2000, thriving in a state of total neglect. I have no intentions of introducing it into commerce, per se, but might consider auctioning off naming rights. I would expect this to be hardy to at least USDA zone 4.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
