'Kirstin Schade' rose Description
Bloom:
Dark red, purple shading, ages to violet . Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), button-eye, scalloped bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer. Small, glandular sepals, leafy sepals, long sepals buds.
Breeder's notes:
One of seedlings of the moss roses 'Muscosa rubra' or 'Celina'. Reminds me of 'Nuits de Young', however more like a strongly glandular Gallica.
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Parentage:

Notes:
'Kirstin Schade' has more Gallica-characteristics, with slightly mossed buds. Dedicated to an employee who died young.
