Introduced in United Kingdom by Mattocks Roses / Notcutts in 2011 as 'Moment in Time'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Ruby-red.  Mild fragrance.  10 to 12 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Compact, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  Width: up to 16" (up to 40cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.

The new variety of rose plant of the present invention originated from a controlled crossing in a breeding program of two distinct parents during the summer of 2000. The crossing was between an unnamed seedling and another unnamed seedling.
