Origin:
Bred by Stephen Hoy (United States).
Class:
Micro-Miniature.  
Bloom:
Yellow.  None / no fragrance.  5 petals.  Average diameter 0.75".  Small, single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Moderate, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small buds.  
Habit:
Short, compact.  Small, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: 8" to 10" (20 to 25cm).  Width: 8" to 10" (20 to 25cm).
Growing:
Can be used for container rose.  Hardy.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to disease, susceptible to blackspot .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).  
Breeder's notes:
Everything about this rose is very small. Plant died in winter of 2013/14.
