Glistening Primrose White.  Glistening primrose white blooms that are weather-resistant..  None / no fragrance.  12 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, high-centered to flat bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Medium buds.  
Habit:
Medium, compact, dense, rounded, upright, well-branched.  Medium, glossy, dark green, dense foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 3' (90cm).  Width: 30" (75cm).
Growing:
Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, exhibition or garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant., very mildew resistant, very rust resistant.  
Breeder's notes:
This rose has fairly extreme vigor for its class type, and it is highly resistant to both constant rain and constant sun. This is a unique trait among most white roses. And, like many white roses, it can be spotted from a far distance.
