Introduced in United States by Newflora™ LLC in 2013 as 'Roxanne'.
Introduced in Japan by Keisei Rose Nurseries Inc. in 2018 as 'Ruby Flower Carnival'.

Patio, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Dark red.  None / no fragrance.  110 to 120 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, very full (41+ petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Spreading.  Semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: up to 33" (up to 85cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b.

The new variety of rose plant of the present invention originated from a controlled crossing in a breeding program of two distinct parents during the summer of 2003. The crossing was between an un-named seedling, the seed parent, and another un-named seedling, the pollen parent by the same inventor.
