Introduced in France by Roseraies Orard in 2015 as 'Simone Veil'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Red.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 4".  Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 31" to 35" (80 to 90cm).  Width: up to 20" (up to 50cm).
Growing:
Can be used for beds and borders or cut flower.
