Availability:
Breeding stock only
Origin:
Bred by Jukka Kallijarvi (Finland, 2010).
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa, Shrub, Species Cross.  
Bloom:
Deep pink, white center.  None to mild fragrance.  5 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small to medium, single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Arching, bushy.  Medium, matte, blue-green foliage.  7 leaflets.  
Growing:
Very hardy.  very vigorous.  flowers drop off cleanly.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant, blackspot resistant, mildew resistant, rust resistant.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Not as blueish foliage as in R. glauca but lush, healthy and beautiful. The flowers have somewhat wider petals than in R. glauca and modest charm of wild roses. Sets hips and the seeds germinate fairly well. Could make a nice landscaping rose for very cold climates.
