Origin:
Bred by Tsuyoshi Ishii (Japan, before 2005).
Introduced in Japan by Chieko Sakamoto in 2005 as 'Benihitoe'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Dark red.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 0.75".  Single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  
Habit:
Short, few or no prickles/thorns, spreading.  Small, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 8" (up to 20cm).  
Growing:
Can be used for container rose.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
