Bred by Jan Kees Kraan (Netherlands, 1996).
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Purple - red.  Mild, sweet fragrance.  up to 7 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, mounded, upright, well-branched.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Produces decorative hips.
