The color is a true purest saturated red without any other tones, that holds extremely well. Canes seem flexible, easily trained.

Lady In Red. This photo was taken with the flash in daylight. Color is strobing, but close to the true bright scarlet color. We've had days of rain and this still looks fabulous. You can see the flowers "holding" the raindrops in a few of the photos.

Lady In Red, individual bloom/blooms. Color is just about accurate....maybe a little on the too "light" side of scarlet.

Lady In Red, new for 2018. Planted in the ground back in mid-March. The color is amazing--deep scarlet with no bluing. Not much scent detected.
