Bred by Frank R. Cowlishaw (United Kingdom, before 1996).

Shrub.

Orange-red.  None to mild fragrance.  Semi-double (9-16 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  
Habit:
Medium, arching, spreading.  

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).
