Origin:
Bred by Tom Carruth (United States, before 2017).
Introduced in United States by Edmunds' Roses in 2021 as 'Playful Happy Trails'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Red, yellow center.  Mild, tea fragrance.  5 to 7 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid, rounded buds.  
Habit:
Spreading.  Matte, dark green foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  

Height: 8.5" to 11" (20 to 30cm).  Width: 28" to 3' (70 to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9a.  Can be used for ground cover.
