Origin:
Bred by Jürgen Walter Uhl (Germany, 1987).
Introduced in Germany by Rosen-Tantau/Tantau Roses in 1989 as 'Buffalo Gal'.
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Pink.  Flowers lavender-pink.  Strong, spice fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Large, glossy, light green, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  

Height: 3' to 5' (90 to 150cm).  Width: 3' to 5' (90 to 150cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 3b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower, garden, ground cover or landscape.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.
