Bred by Reinhard Noack (Germany, before 2021).
Introduced in Germany by Noack-Rosen in 2021 as 'Hoppla'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Deep pink.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, arching, bushy.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 28" (60 to 70cm).  
Growing:
Can be used for ground cover.
