Introduced in South Africa by Ludwig's Roses in 2024 as 'Fairest Cape Panarosa'.
Class:
Floribunda, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Orange.  Strong, sweet fragrance.  25 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Large, very double, borne mostly solitary, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 3' (up to 90cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).

The first sale or offer for sale of the new variety was March 2024, in the Ludwig's Roses 2024 Catalog. ......created by controlled breeding during May 2012, in Offenseth-Sparrieshoop, Germany...The female parent...was an unnamed breeder seedling (not patented). The male parent...was the KORrosobi variety (U.S. Plant pat. No. 31,256).
