Mrs. EDWARD MAWLEY.
(Tea.)
A fine exhibition rose which should be grown either as a standard or half-standard, and pruned very hard. It is inclined to be lacking in constitution, and requires a sheltered aspect with plenty of stimulant, when large perfectly formed flowers will result. It is very sweetly scented, and was awarded the Gold Medal of the National Rose Society. Introduced in 1899.
