The flowers are large and full, with the much coveted high pointed centre, and are freely produced throughout the season. As an exhibitor's rose it is quite first-class, the best blooms being obtained when grown as a half-standard. Should be severely pruned, and thrives best in a light loamy soil. Introduced in 1906.
