CHAPLIN'S PINK CLIMBER
(Wichuraiana Climber)
Introduced 1929
Clear bright pink
This is a most attractive Climbing Rose and makes a good companion to Paul's Scarlet Climber, from which it is a seedling. The semi-double blooms are fairly large and carried in large clusters. It is suitable for growing as an arch or pillar, where it will attain a height of eight to ten feet. It blooms on the new wood of the previous year, as well as the lateral shoots. Prune early in March—the laterals back to four eyes, just tipping the long shoots.
