Brilliant orange orient-red
This is a variety for every garden. The buds are long and pointed, opening to large well-shaped blooms. The growth is vigorous and the foliage mildew-proof. Good for bedding or specimen plants, growing well in almost any position. It is rather a volatile variety, so should be pruned the first week in April to four eyes. It makes a fine Standard Rose. Awarded a Gold Medal of the .National Rose Society.
