Hello!I grow Lamarque in Romania.It is surprisingly cold-hardy.Very fast grower for me.It does help if it is trained against a wall.I know this is very little information,I hope it helps though. Ps:if the temperature is very low it will freze to the ground,but if the graft is protected it will regrow again. Pps. Don't expect it to grow as big and bloom as abundantly as it would in warmer regions.
