After last years downpour causing some of the main stems to bend downward the growth rate slowed and the height dropped to about 5 1/2 feet (1.67m). While the growth rate has not been as fast as in its younger years it is just slightly over 6 feet high (1.82m) and 7 feet wide (2.1m). The slower growth rate may be attributable to a larger bush. This is the view of the north facing side of the bush. The hedge is to the south. It receives 8 to 10 hours of sun.
