May 14,2021 Spring flush. My Penny Lane took several years to really flower much. It is planted in a tough spot, a small bed against the SW side of the house, exposed to scorching sun. Still blooming nicely today, July 9th. Has had some blooms for nearly 3 months now. Northern San Diego county, CA Zone 10a
