Giles and Son.  Owned by Charles Giles (c1807-1887) operated three nurseries around Adelaide, South Australia:
Exotic Nurseries, established with his son Charles (c1846-1932)
Grove Hill Nurseries
Reed Beds Nurseries

Giles and Son's 1881 catalogue carried the following roses, but with not enough description to sdd them to HelpMeFind. 
p83  Belle Hermine. Standard rose [possibly one of the four Belle Herminie gallicas]  
p83 Ciceron Standard rose [Gallica or Hyb Bourbon]
p83 Duc d’Enghien Standard rose [gallica 1830 or damask 1842]
p83 Ferdinand Standard rose [HP 1852. or China 1835]
p83 Lady Clifton Standard rose [possibly Clifton Moss which was intro in Victoria in 1861]  
p83 Madame Louis Palicott Standard rose [?Madame Louis Paillet 1872]
p83 Nereston Standard rose  
p83 Phoenix Standard rose [gallica 1842 or noisette <1842]
p83 Princess Louise Standard rose [poss the 1869 HP which was intro in Victoria in 1876. The 1829 sempervirens may have been too large for a standard] ] 
p82 Jeanne d’Arc [No idea which one. There were 5 possible Jeanne d’Arc bred before 1881, but none entering Australia that I know of]
p82 Lawrenceana.Very dwarf. Fine for edging. [No idea which one. There are three]
