Mount Macedon, Victoria, Australia. February 2020. Obtained from Thomas for Roses. This plant is much pricklier than described, with prickles extending on to the pedicels. None of the old photos show that. Is this ID correct? The 1942 Meilland catalogue shows foliose sepals like this plant but the 1939 and later California pictures show simple sepals.
