Bred by Dr. Wachira Ketpet (Thailand, before 2013).
Introduced in Thailand by Royal Project Foundation in 2013 as 'Rasa'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 5".  Very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Large, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 39" to 6'7" (100 to 200cm).  
Growing:
Can be used for cut flower.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
There were different versions of both of the parents. Further research may be required
