Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1939 as 'Majorca'.
Introduced in France by Henri Guillot in 1939 as 'Majorica'.
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1941 as 'Majorica'.

Bloom:
Scarlet, orange-red highlights, ages to pink .  28 to 35 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Glossy, dark green foliage.

USDA zone 4a through 5b.
