Introduced in United Kingdom by Warner's Roses in 1996.

Bloom:
Vermilion, yellow center.  Mild fragrance.  6 to 14 petals.  Small, single to semi-double, in large clusters bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, spreading.  Small, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  Width: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for ground cover.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
The Royal National Rose Society says CHEwpobey is a ground cover rose, which bears cluster of single blooms that are vermilion with a yellow eye and cream reverse...
