White or white blend.  Mild fragrance.  40 to 50 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Double (17-25 petals), cupped bloom form.  

Small, glossy, dark green foliage.  
Height of 2' (60 cm).  Width of 39" to 4' 11" (100 to 150 cm).

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for ground cover.
