A new name to the award winning stage at St. Albans is Werner Noack from Germany. Werner who has won awards at Baden-Bader was successful at Bone Hill with two splendidly healthy free flowering Ground Cover Shrub seedlings 'Heidi' and 'Flower Carpet' Heiditraum....'Flower Carpet' is moderately full and has less fragrance. The superb foliage makes a splendid backcloth to the very pretty pink blooms. I look forward to seeing more of Herr Noack's creations. Trial Ground Certificate.
