Bred by Meilland International (France, before 1993).
Introduced in France by Meilland et Cie in 1993 as 'Gold Symphonie'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow, golden-yellow stamens, brown stamens.  Mild fragrance.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, armed with thorns / prickles, compact.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 16" to 20" (40 to 50cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).
