Origin:

Bred by Wilhelm Kordes III (1953 - 2016) (Germany, before 1991).
Introduced in Germany by W. Kordes' Söhne (Wholesale) in 1991 as 'Lambada'.

Class:

Florists Rose.

Bloom:

Orange-pink. Mild fragrance. 30 to 35 petals. Average diameter 3.75". Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Medium, long, pointed, ovoid buds.

Habit:

Medium, few or no prickles/thorns, upright, well-branched. Large, dense, leathery foliage.

Height: 5' to 5½' (150 to 165cm). Width: 3' to 42" (90 to 105cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for cut flower or garden. Vigorous.
