Introduced in United States by Bear Creek Gardens, Inc. in 1992 as 'Avanti'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Dark red, darker reverse; ages to dark, dark red.  None to mild, fruity fragrance.  25 to 30 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered to cupped, urn-shaped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Tall, bushy, upright.  Large, matte, dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.
