Bred by Louis Lens (1924-2001) (Belgium, before 1981).
Introduced in Belgium by Louis Lens N.V./Pépinières Louis Lens SA in 1984 as 'Sibelius'.

Bloom:

Pink, purple shading. Mild fragrance. 12 to 16 petals. Average diameter 1.25". Small, semi-double to double bloom form. Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.

Habit:

Arching. Dark green foliage.
Height of 31" to 47" (80 to 120 cm). Width of up to 28" (up to 70 cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
