Bred by W. Kordes & Sons (Germany, 1993).
Introduced in Canada by Palatine Roses as 'Mondiale Freelander'.
Introduced in United States by Wayside Gardens in 2008 as 'Mondiale'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Delicate old rose pink with orange hue.  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 4".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Dense foliage.  

Height: 4' to 5' (120 to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b.  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Heat tolerant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
