'BAIeye' rose Description

Bloom:
Orange-red. Mild fragrance. 7 to 10 petals. Average diameter 2". Medium, single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Pointed buds.
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, dense, upright. Semi-glossy, dark green foliage. 3 to 7 leaflets.
Height: 2' to 4' (60 to 120cm). Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4a through 9a. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, garden or landscape. Very hardy. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant.. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
Breeder's notes:
Sends up numerous clusters of bright orange-red blossoms with a golden eye. Flower effect rivals the very best. Highly disease resistant.
