'Bella Roma ™' rose Reviews & Comments

I love the color the form and scent of this rose. It is a relatively healthy plant as well. The only problem I have is that it needs some very good winter protection in my zone 5b winter and even then, the winter damage can be severe. I still love it and it comes back every year, it just takes awhile to get to blooming size.

my bella'roma was planted bareroot this year from Jackson & Perkins , I'm very impressed with the beautiful bloom's color , size and fragrance , they also have a long bloom life on the bush . I wish more people would include that information , that is very important to me . My plant is very healthy with a fast return this is one of my favorites . thanks kathy

My Bella'roma is healthy, and puts out a pretty good amount of new growth, and the fragrance is wonderful -- but it seems kind of stingy on number of blooms. Has this been your experience (anyone), or does yours bloom more profusely? Mine is in a pot. Is there something extra I need to do to encourage blooming when it's in a pot?

Mine is in its third season and only manages about 4 or 5 blooms during the whole season ... it's in the garden, but maybe the spot is not the right one for it. Mine is not a very healthy rosebush ...

My Bella'roma is a clean bush. It just bloomed for the first time and it is A medium yellow with pink edges that have darkened to a rosier pink with time and the fragrance is wonderful. Absolutely beautiful!
