The rose Above All was grown in the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden and there is a good picture posted on gardenweb at http://forums2.gardenweb.com/discussions/1627136/awesome-climber?n=11

The plant that I saw at Washington Park looked a lot like Westerland, but the blooms were more carrot orange, and, if I recall correctly, a bit more double.
