Hybrid Perpetual. Purple, crimson shading. [Carmine-red.]. Strong fragrance. Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, globular, high-centered, scalloped, semi-globular bloom form. Occasional repeat later in the season. USDA zone 4b through 9b. Height: 4' (120cm). Width: 3' (90cm). Barrault (1882), Guillot (1827-1893) (1866).
